Ready-made template · From $800
A women's health website, ready to be yours.
Evergreen is a finished multi-page design for OB/GYN and women's health practices. I rework it around the care you provide, with your own services, providers, and offices, then take it live in about a week.

What’s included
The same craft as a custom build, minus the blank page.
01
The whole site
Every page in the demo (home, services, provider, locations, insurance, contact), not just a landing page.
02
Your services, your words
The six service groups rewritten around the care you actually offer, in language a patient can follow without a medical dictionary.
03
Every office, listed properly
Address, phone, hours, and directions for each of your locations, however many you have, so patients reach the right door.
04
Your providers
The demo's placeholder physician replaced with your real bios, credentials, and photos, exactly as you supply them.
05
SEO foundations
Clean structure, real page titles, and fast loads, with each office written where local searches for an OB/GYN can find it.
06
Launch handled
I take it live: domain hookup, working appointment request, and a final pass on every device.
How it works
Three steps between you and launched.
01
Tell me about your practice
Your services, providers, offices, and the plans you accept. A short call or your existing site is plenty to start from.
02
I make it yours
Services, provider bios, locations, and colors reworked around your practice while you keep seeing patients.
03
You go live
About a week later the site is up on your domain, with appointment requests landing wherever your front desk wants them.
Questions, answered
The fine print, in plain English.
We have more than one provider, or more than four offices. Does that work?
Yes. The demo shows one physician and four offices because it has to show something. Providers and locations are just lists, so a solo practice with one office and a group with a dozen both fit the same design.
Who writes the medical content?
You do, and that's deliberate. I rework the structure, layout, and plain-English framing, but service descriptions, provider bios, and credentials come from your practice and go up exactly as you approve them. I don't invent clinical claims.
What does “from $800” cover?
Reworking and launching every page you see in the demo. A patient portal, online scheduling, or anything that touches patient records is regulated software rather than a website, and it needs its own vendor and its own quote.
Can patients book appointments through it?
They can request one. The form sends their name, contact details, and reason for the visit to your front desk, who confirms the time. Requests like that aren't a substitute for a HIPAA-covered scheduling system, so keep anything clinical out of the form and in your existing system.
