The layout is the starting point, not the finished product. Your words, your photos, your colors, and your logo replace everything in the demo — two builds of the same template read as two different sites.
What do you need from me?
Your story in rough notes (a short call works too), photos if you have them, and a logo if one exists. I can work with stock photography and no logo — plenty of practices start that way.
What does “from $800” cover?
Reworking and launching everything you see in the demo. If you want extra pages or features beyond that, I quote them plainly before any work starts.
Why is this cheaper than a custom build?
Because the design exploration is already done. You're paying for the rework and the launch, not for starting from a blank page — that's the trade, and it's why it can be live in about a week.
